Cancellation / Refund Conditions

  • Our company undertakes to replace your product with another product without asking for a reason, provided that the original packaging is not damaged and the product is not damaged, within 7 days after receiving the product with unconditional replacement. (Returns the difference between the product sold to your card or withdraws the difference from your card.)
  • Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
  • Original box/packaging is damaged (for example: Products with a shipping label attached on the original box and taped with a shipping parcel tape) are not accepted.
  • The return of products that have lost their resaleability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
  • You must send a petition including the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.
  • If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you have to send the product with the contracted cargo company that brought the product to you. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.
  • If you want to return the product or products you want to return without entering the definition of defective goods, the shipping fee for this return is charged from the customer. The product order amounts are returned within 45 days.
